On the east side of the mall, a Target Greatland was then added and opened in March 1192. In 2006 Target Greatland was expanded to form a Super Target format.

On November 14th, 1995 phase 2 began; this is known as Veranda Main Street. Veranda Main Street ran parallel to the middle mall, this contained:
